Just a quick note to let you know how Roleplay Rescue is now available on Apple Podcasts! This is a big moment for me!

Check it out —> ROLEPLAY RESCUE PODCAST
For those who want me to get back to blogging, never fear. I don’t plan to make mention of the podcast on here going forward because this is my personal hobby space and not a promo place.

Hope that’s ok. Game on!
G’day Che,
I’m loving the podcast. I started a school group for the first time at the start of 2018 and have had pretty much the same 8 kids (years 7 and 9), and ran two one hour sessions before school each week. We are also using BX Essentials, with a couple of house rules and a couple of additional classes. They are keen to continue this year but our schedules may require splitting the group. We’ll see. I’d love to have one or more of the students run games this year and hopefully that opportunity will be there.
I’m not sure if you follow this group in North America: http://www.gametogrow.org/
Interesting to see what they do – a very different world to where I am in an Australian school.
I started with the Mentzer basic rules in 1983 and stopped in 1985 when I finished high school and only started again a couple of years ago when my children were old enough to play with me.
I’m fascinated to hear how the have is run in other schools as there are circumstances specific to schools that need to be accounted for. Following your Caverns game is also fabulous, as for anyone playing in isolation, there is always the question, “am I found it right?”.
Keep up the wonderful work.
Kind regards,
Glenn
Hey, Glenn! Thanks for the comment and news of your club! Good on ya for running it, mate. Hadn’t seen that link so I will check it out – thanks!
